    We’re blending strength, cardio, and dance-inspired energy into one high-intensity, high-fun sweat session. Think feel-good movement with a side of glitter, group energy, and beats.

Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — from growing up in sports to getting serious about the gym at 16, moving my body has always been my outlet, my challenge, and my happy place.
Now? It’s my mission to help others find that same joy and confidence. There’s truly nothing better than watching someone light up as they get stronger — physically and mentally. That’s what drives me.
I’m high-energy (like, really high-energy 😄), super passionate about what I do, and all about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable — no ego, no pressure, just good vibes and solid progress.
